English children's books can be ordered through Moonwood Catalogue Order System, supplied directly from publishing warehouses in the UK. Customers can choose from thousands of titles offered by top children's publishers, supplied in the volume they require. We take care of the process of shipping from the UK, offering generous discounts in addition.
How does catalogue ordering work?
Catalogue orders ranging from £100+ to £250+ per publisher qualify for a Customer or Company order discount (details will be provided on request).

Select Customer, Company or School

Select the publisher of your choice

Add items to your basket

When you have finished making your book selection, click 'check availability'

You will be informed about the availability of the requested items

You may choose to go back to the Catalogue Order System and amend your order

Once you are happy with the order, click 'confirm order' - your invoice details will be requested at this point

A proforma will be generated for full payment by bank transfer in advance (Customer orders) A proforma will be generated for part payment by bank transfer in advance (Company orders). Schools will be asked to send an email confirming their order (no advance payment is needed)

On receipt of the payment, confirmation will be sent and the books ordered. Payment is requested in Euros.

More information on catalogue ordering
- Orders generally take three weeks to be delivered to Moonwood Distribution Centre in Prague. During the peak season this can increase to four weeks. All shipping costs and related customs fees from the UK to Prague are covered by Moonwood.
- Shipping costs from Prague onwards are covered by the customer. Orders can be shipped from Prague to any address, be it the customer's own address or an alternative European destination. Customers may request their own shipping method or alternatively we can provide our own - we cooperate with DHL to ensure that orders are delivered reliably and on time.
- A final invoice will be provided, including shipping costs if applicable, following the dispatch of the goods from Prague.
Discounts and minimum orders
- Catalogue orders ranging from £100+ to £250+ (RRP) per publisher qualify for a Customer order discount. Catalogue orders of £250+ (RRP) per publisher qualify for a Company or School order discount. Please note: it is necessary to register in order to view discounts and receive stock availability checks. The discount will appear automatically on reaching the minimum order volume required per publisher.
